  Excellent service and quick check in. Slightly long walk to the elevators but the room was very well presented. There was an excellent TV which included some Foxtel channels as well!! Bathroom was nice, but the on the shower tap the hot and cold seemed backwards. Room service was quick and the food was lovely. The location in Fremantle is fantastic, with a large number of restaurants just a short walk a way. The breakfast wasn't too bad. A few of the buffet items seemed to have been left in the warmer too long. Check out was also quick and the valet was very fast as well.

  Just wanted to say that this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Our disabled room was wonderful, with plenty of room for my husbands mobility scooter, fantastic accessible bathroom and the size of the room made it easy for him to use his walking stick to walk around the beds etc. The hotel itself is highly disability friendly and had ramps which made all areas accessible.
  Other hotels should look to this one as a wonderful example for disabled persons.
  All staff, from the valet to desk staff to wait staff etc were extremely professional, friendly and most helpful. I cannot fault this hotel at all and we will return in the future.
  Food was magnificent too

  Excellent service, everyone we encountered, I feel, went above and beyond to help and make our visit special.
  Although the hotel is older, it has a lovely clean charm.
  The area it's in is fantastic for exploring Fremantle.
  I will certainly return and recommend the hotel.
